Thank you so much for the great work you did with our barbeque. I had asked around before using you the first time and you got great reviews, rightfully so! This second party we used you for was even better than the first. I am very impressed how you show up so early to start the wood burning and stay till the party is almost over which in our case was 12 hrs later. The meat all tasted excellent and our guests loved the idea of having you here, and yes I didn’t have to lift a finger to cook which made it all the better. We are already trying to plan ahead for the next party just so my son-in-law can get some more of those ribs.

I am writing this letter in reference to an event we had Big Time BarBQue cater this past December. With hopes of having a memorable event I decided to choose a different type of fare. We were having a rehearsal dinner for my wedding in my home  Saturday evening and with the amount of people we decided on buffet style. I reached out to Big Time BarBQue and spoke with Pete the owner. I spoke with Pete on a Tuesday and he assured me he could accommodate the 15-20 people I would be entertaining on the following Saturday. We discussed some menu items and using Pete’s suggestions we went with the Bacon wrapped Turkey breast, pulled pork and the beef brisket. Pete suggested some rolls for the sandwiches and the order also included corn bread and cole slaw for sides.  Pete kept in contact days before the event to let me know we were on track. On the day of the event Pete delivered the menu on time and carried it right into my kitchen!  All of the items were perfectly sliced and ready for that evening. All came with warming instructions and the brisket was accompanied by au jus and the pulled pork with some extra barbeque sauce. Everything was perfect!  That evening I warmed the entrees according to the directions and placed them in our warming trays. Our guests could not believe it! They were so excited that they were having delicious barbeque.  The brisket was so tender and with the au jus on a roll was out of this world. They also raved about the pulled pork that was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of sauce and if needed there was extra! The turkey  breast was moist and with the bacon slices was out of this world. I can’t say enough great things about Big Time BarBQue other than even with such short notice they came through with a wonderfully prepared and delicious meal for my event.  I would recommend Pete and Big time barbeque to anyone looking to have a different and mouth watering menu for any party.

I like to entertain friends and family, but at-home parties and barbecues are so much work. At the recommendation of my brother and his wife, I decided to hire Big Time BarBQue to cater a summer barbecue for about 40 friends and family. Big TimeBarBQue was a very affordable option that I was willing to try.  I couldn’t have been more pleased when they showed up on time and delivered everything they promised. Big Time BarBQue takes care of all the setup and cleanup, so I was left with time to enjoy my guests. Most importantly, Big Time BarBQue buys only the best butcher meats and their barbecue was just delicious – good thing they plan plenty of food for seconds!

We hired Pete for our first Block Party on August 16, 2014. A few of us had attended a neighbor’s 40th birthday party back in June where we first tasted Pete’s awesome food! We knew instantly that we wanted to hire him for our Block Party. We had about 50 people attend and everyone loved it! Pete is very easy to get in touch with, very accomodating, and just a really nice guy. His wife Sharon and nephew Brandon were on hand to help him out and they were fantastic too. All of the food was delicious but the highlight for us was definitely the pulled pork and the ribs. So tender and finger licking good! I would certainly recommend Big Time Barbque for your Block Party, or any event for that matter.
